IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SCHOOL WEAR PURCHASES

We are slowly approaching our busy period and we would like to make you aware of the following -

• we have a online only discount from 1st July to 31st July. To received this discount, please use code SUMMER10.

• during the months of August and September, queues may be extremely long and you may have to wait to be seen inside the shop. We highly recommend ordering online and choosing the click and collect option. Due to this, we have removed all the time limits on returns/exchanges but please ensure you keep your order receipt and all clothing clean and in original packaging with labels attached.

• we kindly ask that only 2 to 3 families in the shop at one time due to limited space and only 2 changing rooms available.

• our online order cut off date is 15th August. We will still be processing orders past this time, however we may not be able to complete your order in our standard time frame. We will always do our best to ensure all orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible.

• our shop will close at 5pm and anyone waiting in the queue after this time will be asked to come back on a different day or to order online, this is due to staff shortages and training during August and September.

As always, we are very grateful for your patience during these busy times.
