Such a mega busy one in Leeds yesterday with Midcentury Markets - such a mega whirlwind that I only managed to grab a handful of customer photos. Thanks lovely customers for keeping me and Bewildered Yorkshire very busy and leaving us with 4 empty boxes and plenty of space in the van come pack up!
This week I will be fettling more stock ready for next Sunday in Sheffield with Midcentury Markets again at The Steamworks .

Been fighting rain showers today to show you my Mrs M.Vintage open day haul. This isn’t quite all of it as I was rushing to stop anything getting wet and then realised I’d left a box indoors so I will show you that another day. Fave is probably the Father Christmas or kitsch animals. All of this will be fettled for future fairs but shout if you need details on anything. I also need to plan what I am doing with the chairs but I just loved the shape of them. Thanks again Helen Mrs M.Vintage for sourcing such great vintage, loved combining a trip to yours with seeing Pulp the night before

I have always enjoyed selling Hornsea Pottery - since my first ever stall in 2009 I have had a trolley with Hornsea on. My parents had Hornsea Heirloom as a wedding set so it holds memories for me.
I also have a Hornsea shelf in both Space Vintage & Retro and Space Vintage Leeds .
This lot I have been stockpiling over the summer ready for Autumn fairs. Most of these lids had to be sanded back and refinished. The first chance to buy this lot will be Leeds Midcentury Markets next Sunday (6th Sept) . See you there?

Off to see Pulp today (Hopray!) so I thought I would show you our Jarvis scarecrow currently in our garden for Burley Summer Festival . The theme is 90s this year and there’s some absolute belters - Mr Blobby being the most popular character. Which is your fave?- i wont be offended if it’s not ours - even if Bewildered Yorkshire spent ages getting his football head to stay attached... Swipe to the last slide to see our Pulp rival too.

This weekend’s finds - especially pleased with the drawers and printers tray. The clock, lampshade, candelabra and metal art aren’t ever so old but they are cool design I think. Last of my France posts I promise but I wanted to recommend ace vintage shops - 𝙼𝙸𝙲 𝙼𝙰𝙲 in Brittany. We went to 2 of their incredible shops when we were then and were blown away. Last photo is the deadstock 1970s top I bought myself. Get yourself there if you happen to be in Brittany.
