A gentle reminder that all orders should be collected and paid for in full on completion unless prior arrangements have been made.

If preferred, full payment can also be made when placing your order. I will usually contact you shortly before I begin making your keepsake, which gives you time to arrange a payment plan with me if needed.

Each memory bear takes around five hours to create by hand, and that time is dedicated solely to making your special keepsake. Because of this, I kindly ask that payment is made promptly once your order is finished, as I would rather spend my time creating than chasing payments.

I don’t like having to post reminders like this, but unfortunately it has become necessary.

Many of you know that I struggle with arthritis, and there are days when making bears can be quite painful. They also take me longer to complete than they once did. However, I still love creating these special keepsakes and don’t want to stop making them. Every bear is made with care, love, and attention to detail, and I am so grateful for every order and every customer who supports my small business ❤️
