Remember me? The girl who used to make corsets π If anybody is wondering what I've been up to, this is it β¬οΈ When covid hit and the need for corsets disappeared overnight I found myself with time to slow down and appreciate all the simple things in life, and honestly I've never been happier π₯° Then in August 2020 I joined the most amazing team of people at Prickly Thistle and I've never looked back π I get to make clothes for women with the most beautiful fabrics, woven on site with natural fibres at the mill in Evanton, and all designed and made with zero waste π Go have a look at the website, it will explain everything, there's a lot of content so you might want to grab a cuppa first! π
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank every single one of you who supported my Loch Dress journey over the years π₯° Honestly there are so many people to thank I wouldn't know where to begin, love you all π I feel really proud of what we achieved and loved everything I made for all my amazing customers π₯° We also had the best times creating the most outrageous fashion shows at local events ππΊ There are so many amazing memories that I will cherish forever and I made some life long friends along the way π₯° I don't feel like it's the end though, I feel like its the next chapter, Prickly Thistle is where I'm meant to be π₯° So while I might not be making corsets anymore I am (along with the rest of the team) making some gorgeous tartan clothes you can enjoy π₯°
