We are hiring…

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Customer Advisor to join our established team in our busy Highlandwear store.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, over 5 days (incl. Saturdays)
Daily Working Hours: 9:30am - 5:00pm
Amount per Hour: Dependent on Age & Experience

This is a customer facing role, so we are looking for someone who is confident, approachable and enjoys providing excellent customer service.

An important part of the role will be working one-to-one with customers in our Hire department. This will include welcoming customers, discussing their requirements, accurately taking measurements, recording details and helping the customer select the appropriate Highlandwear for their event.

Previous retail or customer experience would be an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Earlier this week we visited the exclusive Candacraig House where we supplied and fitted Made to Measure Kilt outfits to a family from the USA staying there as part of their birthday celebrations.

The whole process was coordinated through Telephone & Email so it was a lot of work to make sure we got the sizes and options correct, the outfits all fitted perfectly on the day!

Also shoutout to the wonderful Hazel (House & Events Manager at Candacraig), it’s always a pleausre working alongside you.
