Calling all sewing groups
We’re looking for sewing, quilting, and crafting groups who would like a visit from us. We bring along a large selection of fabrics and haberdashery — over 600 fabrics, including:
Dressmaking cottons
Canvas
Jersey and stretch fabrics
Quilting fabrics
Plus a wide range of haberdashery items
We’re happy to travel and can visit during the week, in the evenings, or at weekends — whatever suits your group best.
We regularly hold events in village halls across Scotland and have also travelled to England and Wales, so wherever you are, we’d love to hear from you.

Cut out a top tonight to make a toile - these days darts have to be a lot lower than in my younger days! Lots of fabric left for more bucket hats!!

I think I have enough bucket hats now! This is a free download pattern from Merchant & Mills. It comes in 3 sizes and 2 brim widths and is great for using up scraps. Easy to make one in an hour!!
