The most visible colour bra to wear under white?
White!!
White bras will always shine through white tops. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Don't be afraid to experiment with different colours for your light coloured clothes.
Pinks and pastels work well.
As does this lovely grey.
Red is a fab colour under white too. ❤️

How wonderful 🙌🏼

This woman ran through the streets of Cardiff proudly showing off her post-cancer body yesterday to show the world she won’t let the cruel disease beat her 💪❤️

Seven years ago, Jenny Palmer wasn’t sure what her future would look like - or if she’d even have a future.

At the age of just 42, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had to have her breasts removed and started chemotherapy and radiotherapy to fight the disease.

After everything she had been through, all the surgeries and scars, Jenny said she struggled to even look at herself in the mirror 😞

But, Jenny kicked cancer's butt, and she decided she wasn’t going to hide away and be ashamed of her body anymore.

She had a Phoenix rising from the ashes tattooed across her chest and set about her new life mission of raising awareness and encouraging other women to get checked 💪

Yesterday, she took on the Cardiff 10k topless alongside thousands of other runners, wearing a pair of custom wings that tell her story on her back.

She proudly took off her top at the start line and was met with huge cheers from the crowd and other runners.

People approached her throughout the entire route to share their own experiences with cancer, and praised her bravery 🥲

Jenny says she didn’t receive one single negative comment during the event and hopes her story encourages others to check themselves.

“If this helps one person to get checked, then that's all I want," she said.

What an inspiration. You go, Jenny! 👊❤️

Sunday reading 🙌🏼

I picked. this up in the charity shop the other day (along with a fabulous pair of velvet Vivian Westwood trousers 😍)

Learning, developing and being better are some of the things I'm most driven by.

People say to me all the time "you're so confident"

But I HATE public speaking.
It gives me the fear. 🤣
So I'm going to try and be more confident around it 💪🏻

Confidence is often an illusion......or a defence against showing your vulnerabilities......but I've spent a lifetime building it up from nothing and I'm not stopping now 🙏

Always helped by a fabulous outfit and fabulous underwear of course. 👏🏻

Which means Norman will be tagging along too!

This little lady is determined to get her moneys worth from our wonderful NHS 🙃

When lovely Nicola runs into your shop with her glorious smile, but doesn't stop to speak and leaves a bag of "stuff" for you. 🏃‍♀️

Then you go to empty the "stuff" into the bra bank in the presumption that it contains old bras for recycling. 🚮

Only to realise it's actually an incredible selection of her absolutely divine home bakes!! ✨🙌🏼
