Had quite the transformation with Eleise’s dress ✨
This classic gown needed a scattering of pearls to make a statement back.
Originally the back of Eleise’s dress had a plain strap. I made a tulle illusion back panel with button and loop fastenings and hand sewed on many pearls!

I had a day to save the “day”! Alice had her original alterations done closer to where she lives, unfortunately the work carried out on her dress weren’t quite to standard.
I had one day before the wedding to remake the straps to make them more delicate and fitting with the dress and sit correctly on. As well as some other corrections. Had tears of happiness on collection, and so did I! congratulations Alice you look stunning!

❤️✨ Alison’s dress transformation ✨❤️
Alison came to me with her dress that she really wanted to make her own. The original dress had split tulle sleeves that I removed and made a detachable high train with added detail of red and silver crystals, a perfect idea if you don’t want a veil but still want some drama at the back of your dress.
To add a pop of colour to the embellished bodice I added cascading red gems ♥️
It was such a pleasure to make Alison’s vision come to life! She looks beautiful 🤩

I had the time consuming job of not only taking up a heavily laced hem (a lot of unpicking and hand sewing!) but a number of other alterations. It was definitely worth the time it took 🩷
