For those of you that don't no how these nappies work. you put the inserts in the pocket at the top of the nappy which absorb the wee, on the front of the nappy you can adjust the height of it to suit from new born through to toddler. Then you just put it on like a normal nappy. If you want to put a disposable nappy liner in, these catch the poo which you then throw away, then just wash the nappy
