Leboo Layabouts is an offshoot Leboo Life, a fair trade organisation specifically created to offer a brighter future to everyone involved. Leboo Life ethically sources and supplies beautifully handcrafted beaded leather-ware for you and your furry friends in the form of belts, collars and other personal bespoke products. These exquisite and totally unique creations are crafted by Maasai Mama’s in

countryside villages surrounding Nairobi, Kenya Africa.. Leboo Life aims to promote financial stability to all involved in the fabrication process by knowing exactly how all materials are sourced, ensuring it is ethical and that a fair price is paid. This includes the farmers supplying the cow hides; everyone involved in collecting, recycling and reforming the brass; the wonderful bead suppliers; the families of the Maasai Mama’s actually creating these fantastic pieces of art; and everybody in between.

20% of all profits is donated to a specially selected “not for profit” Kenyan charity, currently this is Tsavo Trust which works to protect the elephants within the Tsavo National Park.

DOG COLLAR SIZING INFO

🐶 All of our collars have 5 holes
🐶 There are 4 available widths: 1.5cm, 2cm, 2.5cm and Sighthound/Lurcher
🐶 The “length” is the measurement from the central (third) hole to the leather at the buckle end. This should correspond with the measurement of your dog's neck in inches.
🐶 Sizes are in 2-inch intervals, starting at 10″ and going up to 24″.
🐶 If your dog is in between 2 sizes we suggest you chose the size closest to the length you require.
🐶 If your dog's measurement is exactly in the middle of 2 sizes we recommend you select the smaller size as the collars will stretch slightly.

We are back in action 🎉

We have been on hiatus since November 2020 but we are now in full swing!

The online shop is open, we will be ordering stock to be made at the end of next week (get your requests in!) and planning next years show circuit!
