Following the recent passing of my beautiful & dearly loved mother, I made this mini bookcase lap quilt for my dad….although it will go on the wall - everything goes on the wall 😂.
The book covers (with the exception of 1 or 2) are made from my mums clothing. I embroidered the titles of the books which are memorable dates, places & events in mum & dad’s life. Dad loves it & I am chuffed to bits with how it has turned out. ❤️

Hello! 👋

I’ve not had a lot to show on my page for a while as I’ve been very busy with family life not least helping my daughter get organised for her wedding in September and with the time that I have had most of the things I’ve made have been clothes for myself.

Although I am still not back to churning out lots of items I had been asked to make more bottle aprons. These were so successful last time I made them I made a few extra. If you would like any of these they are £10 each (+£3 p&p). 😃 🍷 🍷

Okay so it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything here. It’s been strange times for us all over the past few months & I’ve been steadily working away on some commissions while juggling the introduction of our 2nd puppy Rosie to the mix. I can now share with you some of the things I’ve been working on & I’m excited to say there are other items in the pipeline that I’ll also be able to show soon, so watch this space.
