Lucky to be on a yoga retreat in Sicily led by the lovely , Kundalini yoga on the most western point of the island with the sound of waves in our ears and sun on our faces! Masala is an interesting old Town which was invaded by the Romans, many ancient artifacts can be seen in the museum.
