A lovely moment in the shop this weekend was helping a longstanding customer choose his son’s very first pair of Tramarossa jeans.

We often joke that once you’ve owned a pair of Tramarossa, you’re hooked, so we may have just created another lifelong fan!

I think he might have been our youngest customer yet, at just 14 years old!

We always value our returning customers, but seeing an appreciation for quality clothing passed from father to son makes it even more special.

Tramarossa is without doubt one of our most popular luxury jean brands.

What we often find is that once a customer buys their first pair from us, they come back for another. The fit, comfort and quality speak for themselves.

What many people don’t realise is that Tramarossa also produces a fantastic range of tops, including polo shirts, long-sleeved polos and T-shirts.

We’re particularly fond of the long-sleeved polos, which feature a proper working cuff…a lovely detail that gives them a more refined look and feel.

And there’s something very satisfying about matching your Tramarossa jeans with a Tramarossa top for a smart, coordinated outfit.

One of the things we enjoy most is putting together a new table display.

This week’s table selection combines easy summer colours, lightweight fabrics - clean navy, soft lilac and signature Paul Smith details. Thoughtfully chosen pieces that bring colour and personality without trying too hard.

MOVING ON .....

Lindsey has been with us for nearly
16 years. No ordinary 16 years.

Diring this time, our little shop has been flooded twice, Storm Desmond being the first, and the second almost exactly 2 years later, in 2017.

The shop survived 30 weeks of Lockdown, and is continuing through the Cost of Living Crisis, and Lindsey was front and centre when faced with each of the challenges.

So today was her last, as she's left to try something new, and I want to just thank her for all she has given and wish her well .....

From lighter, more relaxed washes to darker, smarter styles, there’s something here for just about every occasion. We have a host of fits - slim fitting, pleated, as well as combat styles. Easy to dress down during the day, but just as good with a smarter look for the evening.

LET'S START SOMETHING SPECIAL 🎊

Being part of the business commumity has been such an enriching experience. Worked with amazing people and being part of great achievements and successes.
This opened me up to appreciate the wider community much better, as at the heart of community, are people. I am a people person, and this is what has made my working life so enjoyable and has kept me in one place for over 40 years, along with my love of clothing.
Being asked to co-host 'Let's Talk, Lancaster' along with Stefanie, was an immense honour, although very daunting. Together, Isam, Stefanie and I, will be meeting even more inspirational people, whilst addressing issues and topical events, with the overarching Mission to focus on that lost community spirit we appear to have lost as a result of globalisation, the internet and life's increasing challenges.
Change has to start somewhere. In order to appreciate we first need to raise awareness and create a sense of belonging in order to take ownership, and make changes happen.
