Oh sunny day ☀️
These beautiful designs arrived last week as I was interailing around Europe with my sister - it was more like a mini race around the world! It was great fun and we covered quite a few miles 🚆
Gerberas are my favourite flower and these Mystic Meadow Gerbera designs are delightful. The Meadow designs are rather gorgeous too.
I’m thinking a quilted jacket, mixing a couple of designs for cuffs and lining. Hmmmm🤔

Anyhow, they are now listed ( not on Etsy as yet, just the website) and I’m ready for a G&T in the early evening sunshine.

I’m sad to say (well, happy really) that I’ve sold out of ‘Golden’ and ‘Little Ones’ charm packs. The good news is, there are still prints available in these ranges too.

When I lived in Canada a few years ago, I had one of the best jobs ever. I made replica jumpsuits for professional Elvis impersonators around the world! I was employed by a small company called ProElvis Jumpsuits, based on Vancouver Island, and I am delighted to say that I am once again going to be doing some work with Elle and the team!

As demand has grown for their highly accurate, detailed Elvis jumpsuit collection, so has their worldwide customer base, and I’m going to be working with UK and European impersonators - saving a fair bit of to-ing and fro-ing of outfits to Canada!

My first alteration arrived this week, and I can’t wait to get started on it!

I made this bag for an upcoming trip - thought I’d fill it with toiletries and make up, however, I realise it’s a perfect size for my ongoing sock making obsession. Maybe I’ll just have to make another 😆
Made with the Tula Pink ‘Mini Beasts’ with a lining in Lavender ‘Fairy Dust’. I also used fusible fleece to give the fabric a little more substance.
