It's Monday, the sun is shining 🌞 and on a day like this who doesn't live an ice cream, the classic 99 with a flake. Such decadence back in my childhood.

So with that in mind the incense of the moment is Vanilla, have that scent to remind you of those ice creams 🍦🍦🍦.

It's DISCO day in the shop, getting ready for tonights Disco themed music quiz at Keep Audio Co. These plaited wristbands with added sparkle would be a great accessory for anyone attending. Still some spaces, get in contact with Keep Audio Co. and book a table for your team.

Time to share the love, from kroMATika to all of you who have supported the shop, either by visiting or following on social media. We try to make the shop a fun place to visit, full of colour and quite a lot of laughter. I can't believe that we opened 14 months ago, time flies when you are having fun.

For those of you who may not have been into town for a while, then get on down to the town. Lots of new shops have opened or are opening, work has started on the Banking Hub in the old Santander building in the town centre and parking for 3 hours available for just £1 in the Cattle Market short stay car park.

❓ A 4Km Walk and Talk up and down Exeter Quay

This is an opportunity for the wider Andys Man Club community including supporters, attendees, facilitators past and present, families, partners and those bereaved by su***de to come together, walk, talk and continue important conversations. This is about celebrating how far we’ve come together and showing the country who ANDYSMANCLUB is and what we do 👌

These wooden owls are another new product in the shop. Made in Bali, each one is hand painted and therefore each one is slightly different.

I think my favourite is the blue one.

Remember Keep Audio Co. have their music quiz on Saturday, the theme is "DISCO" 🕺. So get your sparkly jumpsuits on and book your place, just a few spaces left. I will be playing DISCO tunes in the shop on Saturday, oh what a night!!!!😂

Changed the display on the branches in the shop, thought the sunbrellas (sun parasols) would look good hanging from them. Feels very Festival/mardi gras in here now.
