Do you want to learn how to apply metallic leaf professionally?

Do you have a pair of shoes or boots tucked away that could do with a new lease of life?

Would you love them in a completely different colour?

In this workshop, I’ll teach you the techniques I use to transform leather and faux leather footwear using metallic leaf and specialist finishes, creating completely unique results.

The skills you’ll learn don’t stop at shoes either. Once you know how, you can use the same techniques on handbags, belts and other leather or synthetic accessories too.

✨ Work in progress… and she’s already stealing my heart. ✨

I wanted to show you how this one is coming along as I start blending the image into the frame and background.

The bottom section is almost finished now, and next I’ll be working my way around the sides and top to soften everything together and create that seamless, magical feel.

She is HUGE… and honestly, even at this stage, she’s absolutely beautiful. The details, the butterflies, the woodland colours and those gorgeous toadstools are just dreamy. 🦋🍄

I always love this part of the process — watching a picture slowly become part of the piece rather than just sitting inside a frame.

Still plenty to do, but I thought she deserved a little sneak peek. What do you think so far? 💚✨

🪣 THE BIG BARGAIN BUCKET 🪣

Right… let’s just get this out there.

Yes, I’m a clothing hoarder.

Yes, I love every single thing I buy.

And yes, every time I buy something new, I’m convinced I’ll definitely wear it one day! 😂

After much encouragement from Shelley H (who was rapidly losing patience and threatening to do it herself), I’ve finally had a wardrobe clear out.

Over 80 pieces have made their way into one HUGE bargain bucket in the boutique.

Some have been worn a handful of times.Some have barely been worn.Some have never been worn.And yes… some still have the labels on! 🙈

I won’t lie, every single item I picked up was met with…

“Oh, I love this!”“I forgot I had this!”“I’m definitely keeping this!”

Then I’d hear Shelley in my head and reluctantly throw it in the bucket anyway! 😂

I’m not ironing them.I’m not steaming them.I’m not photographing them.And I certainly haven’t got the patience to list them all on Vinted! 😂

I’m simply putting them all in one giant bucket and letting you have a good old rummage.

✨ Due to a date change, 2 spaces have become available on my Decorative Effects Workshop!

What will you choose to create? A vase, a frame, coasters, shells, a keepsake box... maybe even a bottle! Too exciting! 🎨

Learn how to decoupage using beautiful papers or napkins, blend colours, add texture, explore gilding techniques and create beautiful decorative finishes.

You may even have been to this workshop before! In fact, it's probably the workshop I have the most returning attendees for. The beauty of it is that you can choose something completely different each time and learn new techniques along the way.

You don't need to bring a thing! Everything is provided and you'll choose your piece when you arrive.

It's one of those workshops where everyone leaves with something unique — and I absolutely love seeing what people create!
