📣WEEK 1 THEME REVEAL…

The start of September can only mean one thing… we’re heading 📚✏️Back To School✏️📚

Availability varies but there are currently still spaces across all venues and classes so it’s not too late to book and join in the fun!

Just another quiet side of pregnancy not spoken about…

Today I read an anonymous post of a soon-to-be first time mum explaining the grief she is currently feeling for her old life whilst pregnant with her first baby. She also wrote about the immense guilt she carries for feeling this way. But the truth is, this is all completely normal.

Even now as I go through my second pregnancy journey, I still look back at the life I once had. The independence, the spontaneity, the quiet routines. This doesn’t mean I love my son any less. I have also spent many nights feeling sad thinking about the life we have now as a family with only one child, and how that is soon to completely change. This does not mean I don’t feel grateful, that I don’t feel the absolute joy of being blessed to be able to bring not just one, but 2 children into this world.

If you are currently feeling this way, give yourself permission to grieve. Don’t be afraid to talk about how you are feeling. Be kind to yourself.

Remember, grief and joy can co-exist.
