In a world of mass production, where people expect everything instantly, we're a bit different. We don't make hundreds of metres of trims, in the hope we'll might sell them. Instead we make just what's required. It may take a little more time, but it's made by people, not machines. It's made with care and passion too.

Sustainability rightly so, is a hot topic. Surely making just what we need fits that bill.

As for any spare yarn that's leftover from our projects, it has always gone on to local rug makers. Nothing wasted.

A snapshot from production of a pretty ball fringe in production. Once the braid is woven on the handloom, and hundreds of wooden balls are wrapped with yarn by hand. There's just the small task of assembly, bringing everything expertly together.
