I debated whether to share this, but in the hope of finding some inner peace, I’ve decided to post it.

At the last market, two of my small tote bags went missing.

After the initial disappointment, I’ve chosen to focus on what matters most to me: the love, time, and effort that goes into every piece I make.

Each tote bag is handmade around work commitments, family responsibilities, and the everyday demands of life. Every stitch represents patience, care, and dedication.

Wherever that tote bag is now, I hope it is being used, appreciated, and loved. I hope it brings someone joy and serves them well.

To everyone who supports handmade businesses, thank you. Your encouragement, purchases, and kind words make it possible for makers like me to continue creating and sharing what we love.

I’m taking a short break to rest, recharge, and return refreshed.

Taking my own advice today… it’s OK to rest. 💗

Running a small handmade business is truly a labour of love, but rest is an important part of the process too.

Sometimes, the most productive thing we can do is pause, recharge, and make space to breathe.
