Today we welcomed Amy Payne and the team from BBC East Midlands to the factory, to talk about the challenges we are facing, finding skilled textile workers, post Brexit and Covid.

Amy interviewed Nina who has been with the company for 20 years, and Yasmin who has been with us for 2 weeks, about why a career in garment manufacturing is so rewarding.
