We’re letting AI do the boring stuff at Field so we don’t have to.
Scheduling the floor. Keeping the café stocked. Sorting the admin nobody enjoys.
So we can spend that time on the bit that actually matters — watching someone land a trick they’ve been chasing for weeks. Being fully in the room for a gig instead of stuck on logistics. An actual conversation over coffee instead of a rushed hello.
Tech doing the boring bit. Humans doing the good bit. That’s the deal.
