We are really spoiling you all this week as we have another new style in the shop today! 🤯🤯🤯

Meet our new Mish Mash Tote / Crossbody Bag with removable strap and double pouch pockets at the front! 👜🎒👛

Made from the faulty knitted panels of our 100% lambswool Mish Mash blankets, these panels were too good to go to waste… so we’ve given them a second life. ♻️♻️♻️

The panels are knitted here in Shetland, washed and felted ever so slightly, then sent down to Kalopsia based in Dunfermline, who work their magic and turn them into these fabulous bags. 🪡🧵🧷

And because every Mish Mash blanket is different, every bag is completely unique. We only have a small batch currently in stock so very limited edition! 👀🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️

Even better, with Shetland Wool Week happening right now, it’s the perfect size for a Shetland Wool Weekers WIP bag, I know I've kept one for myself for this exact use! 🧶➿🐑

We’ve got a brand new R.A.M knitwear style to introduce…

The Bosie Capelet! 🐑➿🧶

Bosie means hug in Scots, and this one is basically a wearable cuddle. 🤗🫂

Designed and made on our new Wholegarment knitting machine, it's is made from one single end of wool, no seams! 🐑🐑🐑

Knitted in supersoft Cashfeel Lambswool, the Bosie is cosy without being bulky, with a lovely relaxed shape, perfect for throwing on over pretty much everything. 💃🏼

We’ve only made a small selection to start with, in some rather lovely colours if I do say so myself! 🌈🎨🫟

So if you’re in Lerwick for Shetland Wool Week, come and have a Bosie, you might not want to take it off!

Some of you may have noticed but if not, It's Shetland Wool Week!!! 🥳🧶🐑➿

We're a bit late to the party, but the kettle's on and the shop's open! A huge warm, wooly welcome to all the Wool Week visitors old and new, we're so chuffed you're here! 🧳⛴️✈️

Come and have a peek at what we've been knitting these past few weeks! Our shop on Commercial Street, Lerwick is stuffed with fresh fine-gauge knits, made from factory surplus yarns, all pieces really are 1 of 1! 🪎🎁

Open 10am – 5pm, Monday to Saturday this week! 🕰️⏰🕙

Massive good luck and well done to all the organisers, designers, tutors and local makers pulling this week together. It's a huge amount of work and it's what makes Shetland Wool Week so magical! 🪄🧙🏼‍♀️🦄
