I can come to your home or you can come to my small studio in Ringmer. I can teach you how to use the sewing machine you have had for years or I can help you with a dressmaking or textiles project. I am a qualified teacher having taught Design & Textiles at GCSE and A Level and now teach adult courses in dressmaking. I also produce decorative textile items and pieces of art for sale and on a commission basis.

Maxine finished the ‘Frida Top’ by Tillyandthebuttons using this beautiful cotton sateen 🩷 Her trousers are the ‘Coco pants’ by Pattern emporium. What a gorgeous outfit for the summer 🤗 It was a fun class…Caroline showed us her new star for making purchases (bank card goes inside) 😁 🌟

Ever wondered what happens in my Children’s After School Club? Lots of creativity - the children can choose what they’d like to make…doll’s clothes, decorating their jeans, hand sewing, scrunchies, a little pouch for guitar picks!! Such a lovely atmosphere and I especially like the way the children inspire each other 🤗
