Hello! I'm a student at UOL who loves to sew and I have just opened up a small sewing business.

I specialise in small repairs, mending and clothes customisation. Some examples include- rips and tears, sewing on buttons, shortening sleeves or straps.

In the future I would like to upcycle some clothes and maybe get back into making accessories and working on bigger projects.

Simple top I made last year, this involved sewing in darts at the front and back and adding in some eyelets.

Counting down the days till Halloween! Last year's costume was prom queen, Carrie.

The white slip dress was bought from eBay for a few £. The sides at the top of the dress were too loose, so were altered for a better fit.

Hi! I am currently a UOL student who loves sewing and making clothes. I have decided to start a small business specialising in small repairs and alterations.

Some examples include- fixing rips and tears, sewing on buttons, shortening sleeves and hems, cutting things off and adding things on.

For the next few weeks I'll be posting some examples of my work, in preparation for the business opening in early October.
