Another Vinted OG! What a lovely person, I’m so glad something I made went to such a nice customer!
What I’m most proud of through all of the Vinted transactions is the intention brought to each exchange.
Buying and selling can feel rushed and impersonal, I want to honour the human connection behind each item.
In fashion, too much emphasis is placed on ego: the labels, the brands, the origin of a piece, whether it’s a one in a life time idea or a home sale item.
But beneath that attachment to image is something more important; the chance to build a more conscious, community-driven way of exchanging.
When we look past status and lean into shared values, supporting each other’s businesses, creative pursuits, and personal motivations we turn consumption into collaboration.
It’s not just about clothes; it’s about recognising the people behind them. When we slow down, soften the ego, and approach our transactions with compassion and care, we set out for a kinder, more intentional way of living.
