Intention in Motion with Y-3 Fall/Winter 2026

Intention in motion sits at the very heart of Y-3’s exploration and shaping of the relationship between fashion and sport. When legendary Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto and adidas first came together in 2002, the idea of luxury fashion built around the dynamism and performance capabilities of sportswear was still largely untapped. The pair sought to break new ground, and more than two decades later, what once felt radical has become an industry-wide design blueprint. Amongst it, between the lines and in the finer details, Y-3 has simultaneously built its own incredible high standards and set an ever higher bar for the industry.

For Fall/Winter 2026, these standards of excellence are realised through the careful balance of movement and stillness. Rather than introducing an entirely new visual language or blueprint to adapt to, Y-3 refines the one it has spent decades perfecting. The resulting collection feels instinctive, measured and deeply personal – as is the expectation of Yamamoto’s work.

The Tranquil Beauty of the HOKA Bondi 7 BEAMS arrives at SEVENSTORE

First created as a meditation aid in Zen Buddhism, Japanese Zen gardens – miniature stylised landscapes through composed arrangements of water features, trees, and rocks – were intended to imitate the essence of nature. The resulting landscapes are incredibly captivating and regarded as some of the most beautiful, tranquil man-made spaces the world has to offer.

For HOKA and BEAMS, traditional Japanese Zen gardens were a source of inspiration for the creation of the HOKA Bondi 7 BEAMS. To celebrate the launch of the HOKA x BEAMS Bondi 7, SEVENSTORE’s in-store activation space has been transformed to embody the essence of a Zen garden, bringing the collaboration’s inspiration to life.
