WITH HUGE CREDIT TO HALIFAX RUFC who produced this but for some reason we could not share.... so we have copied and pasted :) Does this sound like your club!!!
GRASSROOTS RUGBY HAS FINALLY ADOPTED AI.
We asked it to run an amateur rugby club.
It lasted 11 minutes.
It couldn’t understand why:
* 47 players are registered but there are 13 available.
* The bloke fixing the boiler is also starting at prop.
* The physio is treating someone who hasn’t paid subs since 2023.
* The Chairman is behind the bar.
* The groundsman is arguing with the weather.
* And somebody called “Foxy” appears to have absolutely no official role whatsoever… yet somehow has keys to everything.
AI eventually produced one final message:
“THIS ORGANISATION SHOULD NOT FUNCTION.”
Correct.
But somehow, every Saturday, it does. 💙🏉
And that’s grassroots rugby.
