What is in my mind...
I got a text right now to do a dress for 25th of July and lady wants to pop in 22nd. I answered back that is my off work time and I can't do the dress in two days... I been called rude,I kinda answered rude. My native language is not English, probably I don't know still small specifics to use.I can speak in 4 languages at least more. I didn't mean to be rude at all. I decided from now to have 2 diferent phone numbers,and I will leave my business phone in a shop.I will read all texts during my working hours. Sorry folks,but I definitely have a life outside the work,too x

My working hours are:
Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

I do not respond to messages outside of these hours.
Any messages sent in the evening, at night, 4am-6am in a morning...or on my days off will be answered on the next working day.
