JOB VACANCY - PART-TIME ADMIN ASSISTANT
Immediate start - September
Based in Loanhead, EH20
Due to business growth, we are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support our workshop and office team.
Main duties and repsonsibilities will include:
🟢 Putting customer orders on our system
🟢 Processing sales invoices and delivery notes
🟢 Inputting supplier invoices on Quickbooks
🟢 Checking supplier invoices against statements
🟢 Acknowledging and responding to emails
🟢 Other business-related tasks as may be required from time to time
What we're looking for:
🟠 Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
🟠 Knowledge of Excel
🟠 Must be reliable, pro-active and have a positive attitude
🟠 Excellent written English and communication skills
🟠 Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
ℹ️ Immediate start, until end of September 2026
ℹ️ Approx. 16-20 hours per week, over minimum 3 days
ℹ️ Hours can be flexible but will include Monday & Friday as these are our busiest days
ℹ️ Hourly rate between £12.00 - £14.50 per hour, dependant on age and experience
ℹ️ Based in Loanhead with easy access on bus routes 37, 47 and 140
