Lena’s Alterations and Repairs is, sadly, now closed.

Lena has decided to move to Moldova to be close to her family and also to be able to see her husband when he has leave.

Thank you all for your support - Lena has enjoyed meeting all her customers and I’m sure her customers have been appreciative of her excellent sewing skills!

Happy New Year to you all!
Lena has been fortunate to able to pop back to Ukraine to marry her beloved Sasha. Sadly, it is too dangerous for her to stay and for her and her husband to be together but we welcome Lena back with open arms and pray for Sasha’s
safety.
Lena is now looking forward to continuing with her ‘Alerations and Repairs’ . Please consider her for any sewing jobs you have - she is very skillful and does amazing work! Please contact her (or me!) through messenger.

Lena has done a great job shortening a pair of jeans - even keeping the original ’bottom’ of the legs! Another happy customer! 🥰

Lena has done an amazing job of shortening some beautiful coats for a delighted customer. Hard to see the detailed stitching but I can assure you it was immaculate and hard to tell from the original shop-bought coats - apart from being a few inches shorter of course!

Lena is a Ukrainian refugee currently living with her 8 year old son, Sasha, in Lockerley near Romsey.
In Ukraine, Lena is a skilled seamstress working in the car industry - creating amazing upholstery. Her skills are easily transferred to domestic projects.
