What a pleasant discovery was visiting the botanical gardens at Boothbay, Maine.
So much effort and attention to detail. They also know how to make it interesting for kids! Bravo from me! I really recommend it

Here I am learning how to play tennis, 4 years after my ischemic stroke.

I call it “MY” because this has been my own journey. The fact that the stroke was on the left side of my brain let my right side in perfect condition to take over (at times too much). Little by little my body gained strength and mobility.

My goal with tennis was just to hit the ball no matter how bad or how hight or how low. I have now revisited my objective and decided to trained until I manage to answer the ball back on the area...
