The story behind it is just as layered. Founder Carlos Eduardo Bitencourt brought his engineering background and Brazilian heritage to Milan, turning a personal obsession into a brand focused on rigorous, direct-trade sourcing.
But his most ambitious move? The Manifesto of Italian Specialty Coffee. It’s a push to take specialty coffee out of the "niche" bubble and into the broader Italian cultural dialogue. In a country where coffee is already a deeply rooted institution, that’s no small feat.
