Throwback Thursday Bobbles Oh Bobbles!

Good morning, can you even believe it’s almost December and exactly a month until Christmas🤭🤗

This jumper of bobbly goodness has been such a popular purchase, it’s my most viewed and favourited item of the year and the most worn item in my little ones wardrobe!

However, it is also the item that takes me the longest to make up, due to the amount of gorgeous detailing. I won’t stop offering this jumper as an option but I have had to adjust the price very slightly to reflect labour times and taken off the biggest sizes temporarily, this is purely due to me trying to be realistic about sticking to the deadlines of posting your orders out. I don’t want any orders to ever be late🤗

So it’s Halloween night tonight, what are your family plans?

Ethan had a little taster of trick or treating last night and we will go again tonight. He is so excited and gives me this cute smile that says I can’t contain the excitement, he is so proud of his bucket with sweeties and it’s just magical seeing his eyes light up to all the new experiences. Trick or treating was always so fun and exciting for me as a kid and I cannot wait to have all the years to come of Ethan enjoying it too!

We’re going to explore the halloweeny festivities in town today and make the absolute most of my day off. ‘ Let’s play all day’ Ethan will say when he wakes up🧡

Cutest Pumpkin In The Patch🍁

Autumn is in full swing, the chilly foggy mornings make it so hard to be up and out early but the crisp air wakes me up in no time!

These pumpkin rompers in the classic cinnamon colour have been such a popular item this month, I’ve sent out 6 in total in the last three weeks and have two more in the making. Ethan’s costume is also going to be pumpkin themed this year! What’s your little one going to be dressed as this Halloween?

October Vibes🎃

Hello from a very rainy London! It’s the 1st day of October so I just had to show this gorgeous pumpkin romper which left the HQ a few days ago. It’s in the classic pumpkin colour, cinnamon🤤

Now for the update, so, I can now share that I am a full time working & small business running, single mama and feeling like I’m absolutely bossing it! Don’t get me wrong, I have zero time for myself, I am just trying to grind and work as hard as I can at every given hour, when Ethan is sleeping I’m getting orders done, when he’s at nursery I’m in a full time job. I promised him that mummy is working as hard as she can so we can get on a plane and go on holiday together. Ethan’s idea of a holiday is ‘Plane, pool, sunshine, shopping’ I meannn... that’s not too far off what I’d love to be doing right now!

So here’s a 🥂 to all the mamas working til they drop to make things work! We are doing the damn thing and making the world go round🙌🏼Happy Friday gorgeous people! ❤️

Oh hey insta world 👋

I’m sorry I’ve been MIA for a while now, a lotttt has been going on, it’s all changed here... all very positive and amazing changes but this means I’m super busy most of the time. I’ll update you all properly in the next post but just wanted to come on and say heyyy really quickly and show you the latest garment that left Charming Bubba HQ this week!

I’ve been adding ribbons instead of buttons on the last few cardis and jumpers, ribbons are just so delicate and beautiful, they add a touch of something different and are very pretty, would you agree?

Owl Ice Cream🍦

Good Morning & Happy Hump Day 🐪 Who knows about owl ice cream here? Or scrambled snake?😅

Yes The Gruffalo is a firm favourite in this house, Ethan makes the funniest faces every time I read out ‘A Gruffalo, what’s a Gruffalo? A Gruffalo! Why didn’t you know?’ Always a good book after dinner, as are another couple of favourites which I’ll be showing you in future posts🥰

Now onto this beaut romper! This was a pattern test for lovely Nadia for one of her Moule Mini Collection pieces, I added an E because Ethan loves any clothing which has an E on it and gets veeery excited to wear it! Also it’s a bonus because he has learned his first letter!

Let me know some of your little ones favourite books, I’d love to find out what books your mini people enjoy. Every night Ethan asks me for ‘book’ and we have a few on rotation but we (me😂) would love some new stories to add to our evening reads! Xx

Happy Friyay🎉

Bringing you some brightness on this rainy Friday morning! The nursery run was oh so very wet and Ethan did not like sitting under his raincover, check out my story to see him not so pleased🙈 but we move as they say and get on with our day!

Thank you for your lovely messages about the last post and nursery/childcare options, I have now also discovered a world of outdoor nurseries! I just know Ethan would love being outside, playing with mud, bugs and all the boy stuff 🐜 🐛 🐝 We have one opening near-ish us next year🎉

This lovely ruffle romper went to it’s new super cute owner Flo a couple of weeks ago in the gorgeously summery colour Bubblegum🤗 Don’t you just love how girly and bright it is! Now I’ll be off to make a Primrose colour one for the order that came through last night🥰❤️ Pastel yellow here we gooooo✨

Pink to make the boys wink💕

How cute is this romper! This is a pattern test I just finished for Vita it’s soooo airy and light but has so much structure to it. This one is going as a gift to a little girl, together with a few other bits but I did try it on Ethan, just to check the size and it’s suuuper adorable, I will definitely be making more colour options for this one and add it to my Etsy catalogue.

My mum has also been reading The Montessori Toddler by Simone Davies and recommended it to me. It’s interesting how different the ‘standard’ nursery is vs a Montessori. I’d really like to find out from all the mummies here, does your child go to a standard nursery or a Montessori? Have you heard of Montessori? What are your thoughts on both of these childcare options? We have a Montessori relatively close to us and I’m considering putting Ethan in for a day or two, alongside his normal nursery but I’m still doing my research and looking at all the options.

Oh what a glorious morning✨

Isn’t it just lovely💕 The weather has perked up nicely here in Surrey and summer has come with a bang. I’m not complaining at all, Ethan has a new paddling pool and I’m loving all the sunshine☀️

This little beauty is the Sea Breeze Dress, available in sizes 0-6 months all the way up to 9-10 years. It’s made in 100% cotton, drapes beautifully and feels super soft. The pictured dress is in size 0-6 months and went to it’s new home last week, little cutie Florence 💕

What’s your favourite outfit choice for little ones in summer? Do you like to match with your minis? This autumn I’m definitely planning to match cardis and tees with Ethan! My little man is going to turn 2 on Sunday and I cannot believe it! I’m in the midst of getting orders done but planning a little themed party for him🎉✨
