So you’re probably wondering what happened to our Shoreditch Shop?

The last 3 years have been some of the most exciting times for Blanchouse 🎨

Going from a small market stall in York, to 3 in London and finally to opening our Shoreditch and Camden store.

All amazing milestones for us but at the start of the year we realised we were just maintaining what we had built rather than growing Blanchouse.

We felt it was the right time to pause and reflect on the future. So, we made the decision to close all locations and move online.

Having the shops were great. But, we didn’t have the time to show you what actually matters - the journey, the process of the artwork being made and the reality of building an art brand from scratch.

We are still very much open and will be aiming to create the same in-store experience, online.

More collections, exciting collaborations and future pop ups are in the works. 🏄‍♂️

We’re excited for this next chapter and so grateful to have you with us: thank you for being a part of our journey; for visiting, for supporting, for sharing your stories and letting us share ours.

You’ll be seeing a lot more of us around here 👀

“On the Right Track”

The painting explores the relationship between sport and place. How a sport can shape the identity of a location and how that location as a result elevates the sport into something bigger than just competition🏎️

Libby started this painting towards the end of last year and it’s almost complete. As always we’re focusing on building something layered that reveals more the longer you look at it🎨

Not only a celebration of the F1 race car but also of the Monaco landscape and the atmosphere of race🌎

This week we are framing up our House of Cars original painting ready to ship to its new owner🚗

It only felt right to reflect on what the fantastic piece and the fun we had in shooting it with our co-founder Michael🔥

Showing up with a finished painting to our local tyre garage was not for the faint hearted but the guys were brilliant and let us shoot around them📸

Some paintings are harder to part with than others and this one will definitely be missed but rest assured Libby is working on a new piece that we think you car lovers are going to be pretty happy with 👀

A commission we will never forget for two special Blanchouse collectors ⌚️🫶

Callum and Geoff have collected a few Blanchouse pieces over the years, so when they asked Libby to paint onto a giant swatch watch, we knew it would be a great project🎨

As always the project began with a concept, working digitally first to allow them to visualise the outcome before starting the painting process🖌️

One strap became the story of time, the other a love letter to Miami, a place that felt like home to them♥️

Projects like this only happen because collectors trust us with their ideas and it’s usually these fun, unique designs that push Blanchouse somewhere new🌎

2026 is shaping up to be full of more projects that move away from canvas. Collaborations, where art can live on functional objects🏄👀

We are excited to explore how art can exist in new ways and transform everyday things into something extraordinary 🫶

Blanchouse is excited to announce its partnering with to release our British Pantry Painting as a 1000 piece jigsaw. 🧩

Created as an original, repurposed as a jigsaw. By breaking down the painting into hundreds of small pieces, each part becomes a moment of storytelling 🍷

Whether limited editions, originals, digital art or jigsaws, Blanchouse continues to evolve into more than just visuals but an experience 🌴

Our last original drop, “Four Years in Colour”, sold out in December, so this January we really wanted to release new designs and concepts🎨

Libby began sketching three new designs for January…but some ideas kept appearing that didn’t want to belong to a collection, only to exist on their own 🖌️

So this month Blanchouse is releasing three standalone works. Paintings created for their beauty, emotion and instinct, rather than to fit into a wider collection🌟

The first is Birds of Paradise🦜

The piece subtly draws from two of Libby’s earliest works, Sunrise and Midday, carrying their colour and movement into a new perspective🔎

This is the first of three paintings to be released over the coming weeks🫶

The original painting and limited editions will be available on the website at the end of the week🔥
