Pssst …. Pass it on! Neurodiversity X Sport = BEST FRIENDS Ok … so I have spent my whole life feeling a dumb ass at Maths. I also hated sport at school. This isn’t a great combo. I fell in love with sport in my early 20’s. I’m still bad at Maths 🤣 BUT sport has saved me. Because weirdly it’s taught me a lot about Maths. Sequencing, timing, equations, almost patience! If your Teen is Struggling then Sport is your answer! A calm, positive and an inclusive way to reset your brain. I don’t know everything about Neurodiversity but I do know this: it’s a powerful tool and combined with sport it’s pure magic!
