So here’s an extended list of what you should not do before your appointment coming up:

❌ Alcohol for 24–48 hours.
❌ Caffeine on the day of your appointment.
❌ Blood-thinning medication (only if approved by your GP).
❌ Retinol, AHAs/BHAs, or exfoliants for 7 days.
❌ Botox or fillers in the brow area for 2 weeks.
❌ Sunbathing, tanning, or sunburn for 2 weeks.
❌ Waxing, threading, or tinting your brows for 1 week.
❌ Heavy exercise on the day of your appointment.

At 26 years old, becoming a mum changed everything for me.

In 2023, I was working as a corporate assistant, building what I thought was my “secure” path. In 2024, I went on maternity leave to raise my beautiful baby boy. When maternity ended and I returned to work, something didn’t feel right. Leaving my 1-year-old at home every morning broke my heart.

So I made the hardest — and bravest — decision of my life.
I walked away from corporate comfort and chose freedom.

I enrolled at Phi Academy London and completed my training with Dovile. That was the beginning of G H I Brows.

Beauty has always been my passion — but this is deeper than brows.
It’s about confidence.
It’s about independence.
It’s about reminding every woman of her power and Dovile reinforced all these thoughts.
