We’re delighted to be showing Hegarty London Fashion Week once again, invited back by the British Fashion Council for the third time.

It’s a particularly special moment for the brand, and for me personally. What began as an idea in London has grown into a five year journey of designing, making and building Hegarty from here.

London remains at the heart of everything we do. The ideas, the design, the people we work with and, importantly, the making. We’re proud to work with some of the finest manufacturers and craftspeople in London, creating luxury clothing here in the city we call home.

For this presentation, we’ll be sharing new pieces alongside some of the Hegarty signatures that have shaped the journey so far.

We’re incredibly proud to be part of London Fashion Week again, and even more excited about where the journey goes next.

From London to Manhattan.

We recently reached out to one of our customers to ask how she was getting on with her Hegarty Tweed Raglan Sleeve Overcoat. Her response was simple: she absolutely loved it.

We think she looks wonderful.

Made in London from 100% English pure wool tweed, the Raglan Tweed Overcoat is finished with a beautiful satin body and sleeve lining, Hegarty bespoke buttons, our signature back vent and a softly structured raglan sleeve.

A beautifully made coat, designed and produced in London, now being worn on the streets of Manhattan.

There’s something particularly satisfying about seeing a Hegarty piece out in the world, being genuinely loved and worn exactly as it was intended.

Our women’s pea coat is coming back very soon.

One of our best selling pieces, the coat is made in London from 600 gram wool Melton sourced from the North of England, with a 100% cotton body lining and 100% satin sleeves.

Beautifully tailored with a strong, clean silhouette, it’s designed as a proper luxury coat: considered, substantial and made to be worn for years.

I’m at our London manufacturer overseeing the production as always, making sure every detail is right before the next pieces leave the factory.

The original Hegarty denim jacket.

One of the first pieces we ever launched, the men’s denim jacket in ecru is made in London from beautiful denim, with a relaxed raglan sleeve, considered pockets and our distinctive back vent.

That back vent is one of those details you rarely see on a denim jacket. Functional, understated and distinctly Hegarty.

As summer starts to turn towards autumn and the temperatures in London begin to drop, this is the perfect jacket for the season ahead. Easy over a T-shirt now, layered as the days get cooler.

A detail that matters.

Behind the scenes in our London manufacturer, one of our many skilled artisans sews the bar tack on the back vent of our Hegarty Women’s Navy Blue Pea Coat.

It is a small but essential detail. Designed to reinforce the vent and give the coat strength and longevity, it is also a distinctive part of the Hegarty silhouette.

Every stitch is carefully placed by hand, using a traditional sewing machine and the expertise of a highly skilled maker.
