Every Hegarty women’s pea coat begins here — in the cutting room of our London manufacturer, where cloth is laid, measured, and cut by hand with absolute control.

It might be an electric cutting saw, but there’s nothing automatic about the process. It takes a trained artisan’s eye, steady hands, and years of experience to translate fabric into form. Every seam allowance, every line, every panel has to be exact — because once it’s cut, there’s no going back.

This is the stage where quality is either made or lost. And we don’t compromise.

The Hegarty Ecru Denim Jacket is cut from 100% British-milled denim, woven in the north of England and fully made in London. A sharper silhouette with a pointed collar, raglan sleeve construction and a rear vent detail you won’t find on a standard denim jacket.

Finished with bespoke Hegarty hardware, chest pockets, side pockets and two internal pockets for everyday wear without compromising the line of the piece.
