As 2025 comes to an end, I’m taking a moment to reflect.
It’s been a busy year — full of work, movement, and a few challenges — but overall a good one. Health really is everything.

Life gets fast. We rush, we work, we juggle it all — and while staying busy keeps us going, slowing down matters just as much. Appreciating the small moments, being present, and spending time with loved ones… still working on finding that balance 😉
