The weather is about to take a turn for the chillier, but we’re channeling the Norwegian concept of koselig (combining nature, companionship and coziness, promoting personal well-being) anyway. Why are we Brits so scared of the weather?! You’d think we’d be used to it by now… Be prepared with cosy blankets, hot water bottles and warm socks (watch this space for those). Our 100% wool blankets from Tweedmill Textiles Ltd] are made by a family run mill in Wales from recycled wool. Beautiful, cosy, natural and locally sourced from a small family business; the definition of koselig.

It must be autumn, our incense cones seem to be really popular this week. Handmade in small batches by Aki and Paul in their workshop in London, these Japanese incense cones really do smell incredible. Available in four distinct fragrances; Bala (rose), Jasumin (jasmine), Ichijiku (fig), and Otela (Temple), they will transport you to far off places, from the comfort of your home.

After a pretty stressful week of travel and other stuff that we don’t need to go in to, Needs Must is really coming it to its own. I use on the plane along with a hyaluronic facial spritz to keep my skin hydrated (flying always makes me feel like a dehydrated prune), but now that I’m back in Africa and it’s pretty dry and dusty, I’ve been waking up with a sinus headache every morning. Yesterday I combined Needs Must with a facial massage and it felt amazing! The lovely Eve at offers facial massage workshops and has kindly shared with us a link to her free ten minute facial massage tutorial for you to follow at home to help you wind down and create more moments of special.

These dinky little Wabi Sabi pots from CLÆ Josie Swift Ceramics] are already proving a hit! They are the perfect size for our incense cones, or even use them as a tiny mixing bowl for the Born Again Treat Mask. Did someone say 'stocking filler'...?
