Unfortunately, we have recently faced a series of unexpected challenges that have significantly impacted our ability to fulfill orders. Due to legal issues and a trademark dispute with another brand attempting to copy our work, we were targeted by hackers. This breach resulted in us being locked out of all our accounts, including our social media channels, email, and Shopify platform. As a result, we lost access to the very systems that allow us to manage orders and communicate with you.
In addition to this, our reputation as a business has also been unfairly targeted, which has added further complications to an already difficult situation. We want to reassure you that we are doing everything in our power to resolve this issue, restore our systems, and continue delivering the quality and service you expect from us.
