So sorry for this, of course please don’t forget that during sales, due to the high number of orders, the production generally take longer than usual, but there is also this issue with custom paperwork that I’m dealing with. I again apologise and I can assure you that I’ doing my absolute best to try to sort all this as quickly as possible.
