Sometimes we can get overwhelmed, stressed and feel like our current situations are too much to handle. But the key to success and achieving our goals is consistency.

Have you ever read James Clear, Atomic Habits? (If no, we highly recommend it)

Inside the book is a chart that shows the power of tiny gains.
If you were to get 1% better everyday 1.01 x 365 = 37.78
But if you were to get 1% worse everyday 0.99 x 365 = 0.03

Sometimes things can seem hard, but keep showing up for yourself every day and over time, you'll see a massive change.

If you're looking for success, you need to be prepared for and embrace failure. Failure is designed to teach us a lesson.

And from these lessons, we can make action plans to get back on course to achieve our goals. If we don't reflect on the failures and learn from them, we will never be able to keep pushing in the right direction.

Don't be afraid of failures or your fear will stop you from taking the first step.

Apparently, it takes 10,000+ hours of practice to become a professional of something and master a skill.

So if you're trying to master a skill, start tracking your time and progress to track your development.

It can be easy to be disheartened when starting something new as there will be so many people doing so well, however, once you've dedicated the same amount of time to learn as they have, you'll be just as good.

Remember, whatever you do over the next 5-10 years, you'll become a master of. You just need to decide what it is you want to become a master of and focus on this.
