Three years ago, we opened our doors with a simple belief: when women are given access to skills, they gain access to opportunity✨

In partnership with the Ayaz Rana Foundation (ARF) we welcomed aspiring artisans into our vocational training programme, where they learned sewing, embroidery and jewellery-making using atelier-level techniques.

Today, that vision continues to grow. Women are not only learning a craft—they are building confidence, earning an income and creating greater stability for themselves and their families.

At ARAAD Atelier, we don’t invest only in craftsmanship. We invest in people and the possibility of a life with dignity, opportunity and independence.
