The Riley Dress is a little bit of my childhood brought back to life. I had a smocked dress when I was little that I absolutely loved, so when I found this fabric I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it.

I loved playing with the smocking and adding the neon ribbon, watching it become this grown-up version of a favourite childhood dress — still playful, just in a different way.

And in this hot, hot heat we’re having, it’s exactly what I want to wear. Light, flowy, pretty and cool, with those little flashes of neon that even glow under black light.
