When I look back, I realise it was never just the good moments that got me here.

It was the days nothing worked. The mistakes I had to learn from myself. The pressure of knowing that if I didn’t figure it out, nobody else would.

There were plenty of moments when giving up would have been easier. But you wake up the next morning and go again.

Over time, that changes you.

You become more patient. More disciplined. You stop fearing failure because you’ve already experienced it enough times to know you’ll find a way through.

I’m still building. Still learning. Still nowhere near where I want to be.

But I know one thing.

The journey of building something from the ground up has made me who I am today. And for that alone, I’ll always be grateful.🥹

No! We Don’t Buy & Sell Veshti’s Off The Rack.

At Singarajah, are deeply personal to us. This isn’t something we approach as just buying and selling. There’s real intention behind everything we do.

We create our own designs, and at the same time, we work closely with weavers who bring them to life. With 6-7 looms in Kanchipuram, there’s a direct connection to the craft, not something distant or mass-produced.

Every pure silk veshti we offer carries that effort, that care, and that sense of identity. For us, it’s about doing it properly and representing our culture in a way that feels honest and true.

This Easter, we are opening the Singarajah Archive.

Sherwanis and kurtas from past collections will be available between £75 and £250. These are studio samples, made with the same craftsmanship and fabrics, now released at archive prices.

If you are planning to visit over the weekend, please make sure to book an appointment in advance, as we are expecting a busy few days.
