What's the best way to apply conditioner to your hair? It's no harder than 1, 2, 3!

1: Apply after every wash, having rinsed all the shampoo out of your hair.
2: Put some on the hair ends and their middle parts, and then brush it in with gentle movements.
3: Put on a shower cap to warm up your hair and make sure to keep the conditioner in for at least 15 minutes, but no longer than 40 minutes.
Follow the instruction on your the product's label to choose the optimal time. 👌

How to quickly reduce stress by breathing?
Take a moment to do this exercise whenever you feel stressed or anxious.
Let’s try a quick, 16-second square breathing exercise:
INHALE: gently inhale through your nose for a count of 4
HOLD: hold your breath for a count of 4
EXHALE: gently exhale through your nose for a count of 4
HOLD: hold your breath for a count of 4
As you do the exercise, try to focus on gentle breathing.
Avoid deep and intense breathing – instead of enjoying a calming and relaxing effect, you will then be energized and can escalate your anxiety very quickly.
