✨ CHAPTER 40 🥂🖤 ✨

And just like that… I’ve reached the BIG 4-0! 🎂🥂

My 30s were a JOURNEY. I grew, I healed, I lost, I loved, I learnt and I found myself again. There were chapters I never expected and lessons I definitely didn’t ask for 😂, but every part of it shaped the woman I am today.

I’m proud of what I’ve achieved, but even more proud of who I’ve become. Walking into my 40s with more self-love, stronger boundaries, clearer intentions 😉 and a whole new appreciation for life. ✨

To my family and friends who have been beside me through my 30s and some of you my whole life.. thank you. ❤️ Thank you for loving, supporting and celebrating me through every version of Krystle.

And thank you to everyone who helped make my 40th so special. I had the most AMAZING birthday! 🖤✨

Goodbye 30s… you taught me A LOT. 🥹🙏🏾

My 30s stretched me, humbled me, broke me in places and forced me to rebuild in others. I lost people, lost parts of myself, found myself again, healed, grew, learned boundaries and discovered purpose through pain.

Not every lesson was pretty, but every chapter shaped the woman walking into 40.

I’m still healing. Still learning. Still becoming. But I’m walking into this next decade with more wisdom, more discernment, more faith and a much clearer sense of who I am.

Your nervous system can remember every person who left... even when your mind is trying to move on.

That's why someone leaving can trigger emotions that feel much bigger than the situation itself.
Sometimes your body is remembering every goodbye, every abandonment, and every loss it never had the chance to process.

Healing isn't just about letting go of people. It's about teaching your nervous system that peace is safe and that your worth isn't defined by who chooses to leave.
