On today's Africa Day, we’re proud to celebrate a partnership that’s been with us from the start.

Part of our collection has always been produced at family-owned Sunflag Tanzania - established in the 1960s and still run by our founder’s family today. Fully vertical, every step happens under one roof, from spinning to sewing.

The cotton is sourced from local cooperative Biosustain. We’ve used organic cotton since 2005, and in 2008 Sunflag became Africa’s first GOTS-certified mill.

From fibre to finished garment, the value is created on the African continent.
