๐ Every time I commit to taking care of myself and my surroundings a few hours before bed, I without fail wake up feeling better than on those nights where I don't, and instead scroll through social media until my eyes hurt and its 2am!! ๐ฉ๐๐ค
Here are some lovely tips from on how to ease yourself into sleep at night ๐
For me, I freakin LOVE diffusing essential oils, at night and ALL day!! Not only does it smell heavenly, it also has many physical and mental benefits for you!
I also like to dim the lights and read a book followed by a manifestation meditation that gives me such a warm hug before I sleep! (I will link it in my bio๐)
Sometimes we do get distracted by the world and forget to take care of us, let's not be hard on ourselves on those days, but instead try our best to commit to a night routine that helps us show up in the world as our fullest selves in the morning ๐
