The dinner plates are in the sink, the homework is shoved aside, and the table is finally clear for the only thing that matters on a Friday night: the turntable.

In this house, Friday Night Anthems aren’t just a playlist; they’re a rite of passage. It’s about teaching the kids that life is too short for bad audio and silence. One hand on the vinyl, the other hand cranking the volume until the windows rattle just a little.

I’m probably showing my age with some of these picks, but watching Katie and Evan argue over which record to drop next? That’s the real rock and roll legacy right there. No gatekeeping, no festival glitter: just pure, unadulterated riffs and family chaos.

Rock & roll wasn’t just a soundtrack for me; it was home. And tonight, home sounds like a 1971 feedback loop and a lot of air guitaring in the kitchen.

The mosh pit is waiting. What’s spinning on your deck tonight? Drop your weekend anthems below!

Being a legendary dad is a full-time gig, but your gear shouldn’t cost the earth.

If you’re the kind of dad who still plays air guitar in the kitchen and insists on teaching the kids about the magic of a B-side, you need a tee that matches that energy. Meet the ‘This Dad Rocks’ t-shirt: built for the riffs, the records, and the real attitude.

But here’s the rebellious part: this isn’t just another throwaway band tee. It’s crafted from 100% organic cotton, making it soft, durable, and kind to the planet. Even better? It’s designed for the long haul and the circular loop. When it finally hits its last encore, you don’t bin it: you send it back to us, and we remake it into something brand new.

Sustainable. Rebellious. Absolute attitude. Because looking after the world is the most rock 'n' roll thing a dad can do for the next generation of music lovers.

No gatekeeping, just great gear for the guys who keep the love for live music alive.

Grab yours and join the front row of the eco-rock movement at www.dadrockmerch.com.

Thursdays are for the real work. Crate digging isn't just a hobby: it's a rite of passage.

While the rest of the world is scrolling through lifeless feeds, we’re showing the kids that music has a soul you can actually hold in your hands. There is no school like the old school. There’s nothing quite like that first crackle of the needle or the smell of a vintage sleeve to let you know you’re about to hear something that actually matters.

Katie’s already got that 'knowing' look, and Evan’s just waiting for the bass to hit his chest. We’re building a legacy here, one riff at a time. Forget the algorithms; we’re teaching them to trust their ears and their attitude. If they're repping the music, they're already part of the culture.

Life is too short for thin sounds and quiet afternoons. One hand on the vinyl, the other on the volume k**b. We're keeping the love for real music alive, and it starts right here in the living room. It's about authentic energy and real rock attitude.

What’s the first album you’re handing down to the next generation? Drop your picks in the comments.

The spotlight is great, but the real magic happens in the shadows with a roll of gaffer tape and a properly wrapped cable.

Welcome to the Wednesday Workshop. Today’s lesson: Roadie Skills 101.

Rock & roll wasn’t just a soundtrack for me: it was a lesson in respect. Respect for the stage, respect for the volume, and definitely respect for the gear. I’m making sure Evan and Katie know that if you can’t handle the feedback or coil a lead without it looking like a bird's nest, you aren’t ready for the main stage yet.

It’s messy, it’s loud, and the kitchen floor is currently a sea of black cables, but that’s how you learn. We’re passing down the roadie DNA: because the show doesn’t start until the gear is ready. Life is too short to keep the good stuff to ourselves, even if it means untangling a few knots along the way.

Are you teaching the next generation the ropes, or are they just here for the air guitar sessions? Drop your gear rules in the comments.

They said "It’s just a phase." They said "Turn it down, you’ll ruin your ears." 🤘

30 years later, the ears are ringing but the heart is still pumping riffs. What’s the worst advice you ever got about your music taste?

Drop it below and let’s laugh at the non-believers. 👇

Nothing hits quite like that first chord of 'Wonderwall' or the chaotic energy of 'Parklife.' 🇬🇧

If you were there: the Adidas tracksuits, the bucket hats, and the legendary chart battle of '95: you know Britpop wasn’t just a genre. It was a whole damn movement. It was about taking over the world with nothing but three chords and a massive amount of swagger.

We’re bringing that 90s energy back with our ‘I Heart Britpop’ Tee. It’s a nod to the riffs that defined a generation and the attitude that still lives on in the front row. No gatekeeping here: whether you were at Knebworth or you’re just discovering the magic of a vintage vinyl, if you love the sound, you’re part of the crew.

Made by rock lovers, for rock lovers. This isn't just merch; it's your ticket back to the golden era of indie rock. Grab yours, turn the volume up, and let the nostalgia hit right in the chest.

What’s the one Britpop anthem that still gets you air-guitaring in the kitchen? Drop your answers below. 🎸

They say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, but in this house, the apple usually picks up a guitar and cranks it to eleven before it even hits the ground.

Rock & roll wasn’t just a soundtrack for me: it was home. Seeing that same fire light up in the kids? That’s the real headline act. No gatekeeping, no 'name three songs' tests: just real passion being passed down.

Evan is already obsessed with the riffs, air-guitaring through breakfast like a pro. Then there’s Katie, our Rock Princess, who brings more attitude to the front row than most lead singers. Watching them find their own rhythm: whether they're digging through vinyl or claiming my favorite tour tees: is the best show I’ve ever seen.

Life is too short to keep the good stuff to ourselves. We’re raising the next generation to be loud, proud, and unapologetic. The mosh pit is waiting, and they’re already leading the charge.

Who are the budding rockstars in your crew? Tell us which tracks they’ve got on repeat!

Legendary gear for a legendary dad. 🎸

Status isn't handed out; it’s earned one record, one riff, and one epic singalong at a time. If you’re the one teaching the next generation about the power of a proper bass line or still air-guitaring in the kitchen: this one’s for you.

Our ‘This Dad Rocks’ tee isn't just apparel; it’s a badge of honor for the guys who lived the culture and still carry the attitude. No corporate polish, no gatekeeping. Just bold style for the dads who know that rock & roll is more than a soundtrack: it’s home. ⚡

The mosh pit might be a distant memory, but the energy is still very much alive. Head to dadrockmerch.com to grab yours and keep the fire burning.

Mondays don't have to suck. Fact. In this house, we don't do Monday Blues: we do Monday Anthems.

We're teaching the kids early: the right riff can change the whole vibe of the week. While the rest of the world is hitting snooze, we’re hitting the volume dial. Alex has the vinyl spinning, Katie is nailing the air guitar solo, and Evan is keeping time. It’s about that first-track-of-the-set energy: starting the week with a bit of grit and a lot of attitude.

Whether you’re heading to the office or the school run, make sure the soundtrack is loud enough to drown out the noise. Life is too short for quiet mornings and mediocre playlists. One hand on the coffee, the other on the volume. Let’s show them how it’s done.

The mosh pit is waiting. Are you actually ready?

What’s the one track that gets your week moving? Drop your Monday motivation in the comments!
